Job Requirements:
1. Minimum BSC in Engineer.
2. A proven record of success in Sales & Marketing.
3. Capable of managing.
Job duties:
1. Run a multimillions capital organization and managing a huge number of subordinates.
2. Implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
3. will be responsible for Operations, marketing, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc.
4. Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals & objectives.
5. Monitors Organization chart; Job descriptions and Authority levels.
6. Involved in Corporate policies, new policies, management input and review.
7. Set Standards of performance, performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
8. Controls on Monthly reports, quarterly reviews and supplemental action programs.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience in addition to all Benefits for the position.
