Marketing Manager

Experience in luxury consumers (in order of priority Jewelery, watches, gifts, fashion, cosmetics, fragrances and preferably not pure mass FMCG), high Fashion industry brand
 Experience in managing ATL (TV, Print, On-Line) and PR activities
 Work effective with agencies (Media, Creative, On-line, PR…)
 Developed marketing strategies and programs to grow the sales and share
 Capability to analyze complex figures/data and present a clear picture/summary to management
 Proven capability to follow-through and make sure that initiatives/projects are perfectly executed
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Capabilities to analyze markets, data to define priorities and strategic changes for the Company
 Customer oriented to effectively support our distributors and sales organization

 Arabic speaker
 7 to 10 years experience in marketing consumer goods brands in the Middle East
Experience with premium brands is a plus
Not only experience with the advertising agency. It is a must to have at least 5 years experience on the ‘client’ side (company selling consumer goods products)

 Planning Section Head

Professional Experience: 6 years and more in scheduling in a complex manufacturing
Core Strengths
 Create and maintain a master schedule that supports business forecast, including establishing lead-times, lot sizes and safety stocks
 Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks, and recommend actions for resolution
 Directs production planning to ensure on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments
 Conduct capacity planning and provide input to manufacturing regarding anticipated machine or manpower capacity issues
Must have attributes
 BA degree- Industrial engineering or equivalent
 5 to 9 years experience with demand planning, forecasting in a company with high number of SKUs , slow or fast moving products
 Strong ERP knowledge and experience
 Team spirit
 Hands on & execution oriented. Doer vs. talker
 Bilingual Arabic/English
 Excellent communication skill
 Experience in the M. East
