 Utility Planning Specialist 

BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering; Advanced Degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred, with a minimum of ten years experience. Experience in hydrocarbon plant utility engineering and design with chemical engineering background, particular, utility and environment. Possesses excellent written and oral communications and technical presentation skills
Additional experience includes
 Full knowledge and experience in networking and simulation of piping systems, including in-plant piping and drainage systems
 Experience in hydraulic analysis of wastewater treatment plants and specialized equipment used in wastewater treatment (induced or dissolved air flotation, blowers, aerators, oil water separators skimmers and MBR
 Experience in planning, design and upgrade requirements of utility systems interfacing with process units in hydrocarbon facilities
Familiar with air emission control requirements, and marine discharge regulations
 Experience in performing economic evaluations, feasibility studies and preparing requests for budgetary approval
 Experience in developing corporate strategies and master plans for utility systems
 Experience with professional consultant in planning and executing engineering studies
Experience in HVAC systems design and operation
Possesses excellent written and oral technical presentation skills

Capital Planning Engineering Specialist

BSc Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; Advanced Degree is preferred, with a minimum of ten years experience. Experience is required in Hydrocarbon processes, in performing economics evaluations & feasibility studies, and in preparing for budgetary approvals. Possesses excellent written and oral communications and technical presentation skills

  Transportation& Urban Planning Engineering Specialist

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering; Advanced Degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred, with a minimum of ten years experience. Experience is required in Experience in defining transportation and traffic requirements as well as Experience in performing economics evaluations & feasibility studies, and in preparing for budgetary approvals. Possesses excellent written and oral communications and technical presentation skills
 
Instrument&Control Engineering Specialist 

B.S. or M.S
degree in Instrument Engineering discipline with 18 years experience in the instrumentation and control of process facilities, preferably for refineries, the oil, gas or petrochemicals industry
Recognized by Engineering Services as an expert in his field. Incumbent would normally have achieved industry recognition through activities in professional societies and industrial organizations, such as ASME, ASCE, ASTM, API, NACE, ISO, SEI and others. Expected to have published several papers in technical journals
Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, work direction abilities and be willing to transfer implicit knowledge to specialists and engineers in his field.
Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, and international codes and standards
